Yes, our Business Plan and Enterprise Plan have storage rights which permit indefinite data retention. The Startup Plan enables you to cache results for one hour so, if you need storage rights, simply upgrade to our Business Plan.
Yes, you can combine our Search API results with other data sources such as other web search suppliers. You can also modify the data however please read our Terms of Service Agreement for all permissions and exclusions.
Yes, you’re welcome to display search results alongside third party advertising. We don’t require attribution however please see Terms of Service Agreement for all the details.
Yes, you can use our Search API for commercial reasons, such as your own subscription service, as long as you adhere to our Terms of Service Agreement and policies.
Our PAYG plans do not process automatic payments and you can set alerts on your account to control your budget. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd and you can cancel anytime. Invoicing is available on Enterprise Plans.
No, our infrastructure is owned and operated in Europe with no sub-processors or third parties used in the provision of search results. Mojeek Search API is the “Processor” and you’re the “Controller” when processing queries.
Our Search API provides publicly available URLs, page titles and query dependent snippets from webpages that don’t block Mojeek from crawling or indexing them. We do not grant any rights to use third party content on these webpages so customers must comply with publisher copyright terms.
